How to create chart ranfall column example

Today I will make an example of the chart ranfall demonstrates the precipitation in the form of a column graph, I will use HTML and JavaScript to do this post hoping everyone can refer to.

Chart weight through places, dates, I will show the chart column 5 through 5 different location.
Here are the steps.
Step 1. Coppy all link script in file index.html
